Welcome to Women in Sports. My goal in creating this platform is to facilitate a platform where we can openly discuss and advocate for the inequality of female athletes in sports. I am a former female athlete and an avid supporter of sports. Through many personal experiences I have witnessed the injustice placed on females in athletics. I have viewed the injustices from a spectator position as well when viewing professional sports or watching my collegiate female athletes play in their sports. We live in a world where specific people doubt the success of women in sports, and that notion will exist no longer.
